In the summer of 2023, Lufthansa will offer connections to five additional destinations in North America with its newest fleet addition – the Boeing 787-9. These destinations will include Dallas-Fort Worth, Montreal, Denver, Austin, Detroit, and New York (Newark).
The new aircraft will be equipped with a very quiet cabin featuring an innovative lighting system that adjusts according to the time of day. Large windows provide passengers with a better view of the outside, and the overall sense of increased space significantly enhances travel comfort. This long-haul Dreamliner will also be one of Lufthansa’s most fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly aircraft serving intercontinental flights.
Alongside partners United Airlines and Air Canada, the Lufthansa Group offers over 250 connections to North America. The Lufthansa Group continues to gradually expand the network of connections offered to and from Poland. In the summer schedule, connections will be available from 7 cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Katowice, and Rzeszow.
